2. Admire Georgetown From Penang Hill

As the sun falls and the daytime crowd dispersed, you should definitely head over to one of the Clan Jetty! Specifically, Chew Jetty or Lee Jetty because during nighttime, the area will be lit with colourful and decorative lights.

Providing a very romantic ambiance to visitors who are looking for a calm night walk. Just listen to the waves and enjoy the sea breeze while you walk along the pier. The floating Hean Boo Thean Temple at the end of Yeoh Jetty is a sight to behold at and after sunset too!

10. Be Amazed By The Colourful Lights At Kek Lok Si Temple

The Kek Lok Si Temple is a very popular tourist spot in Penang. Also known as the Temple of Supreme Bliss, the ten-acre establishment’s most popular attraction is the Pagoda of Rama VI. This is also where you will see over 10,000 Buddha statues made from alabaster and bronze. On most days the temple will close at 5.30 PM, however, during the Chinese New Year celebration, the temple will extend its closing time to after 10 PM, giving visitors the chance to enjoy walking around artistic and colourful light decorations.
