I was one of the participants for their “Get Fit Challenge” and have enjoyed their Healthy-Balanced Meals for 20 days. While not all meals were amazing, most were beyond satisfactory. The dishes were carefully cooked with less oil, less sugar and less salt but did not compromise much on the taste. The portion was just right for me and there was a mix of variety on Western twist as well as local flavors. Those considering for a diet change but loss of direction should definitely consider this as an option.
