The hype for Ippudo may have slowed down a little compared to when it first landed in Penang, but it still, has one of the best Ramen in town. The texture of the noodles used for their heavenly bowl of ramen is applaudable – you can opt for soft or hard, whatever you name it. Not forgetting their rich and aromatic broth of their signature ramen which is the reason behind the never-ceasing crowds you see in the restaurant. And, you can even pick your preferred spicy level.
